Our products are beauty and personal-care tools intended for cosmetic use. Individual results vary. Due to high demand, we may occasionally sell out of branded stock. Rather than delay your order by 1 to 2 weeks, we may ship an equivalent, unbranded version of the same product so that you receive it as quickly as possible. We do this because we don't want you to wait, and we want you to start making the change you came for. The item is the same product and functions identically, the only difference is that it may not carry our logo or branding. By placing an order and accepting these Terms, you agree that receiving an unbranded equivalent in these circumstances is not a defect and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund or return. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Our delivery times can take 1 to 2 weeks, and occasionally longer during high-volume periods. By placing an order and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes. A longer-than-expected shipping time, on its own, is not a valid reason for a refund. Refunds are issued in line with our Refund Policy, primarily for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOKSMAXING is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
